Host Will Kacy turns to the Republican Party of Texas annual meeting, where Executive Director Nate Smith testified before the Legislative Priorities Committee. Kacy plays the full testimony: Smith telling the committee that more county conventions had called for a Texas Independence referendum than for any other single item, and asking the members to listen to their delegates. Then Kacy digs into the second question Smith was asked at the end but never got the chance to answer.
