This Month @ The TNM - September 2023

Host Will Kacy takes on the misconceptions that trail TEXIT as it grows in attention and support. It is not a rebellion, he explains, but a peaceful and lawful path to self-determination within the existing system, the same one other nations and territories have taken by vote. It is not anti-American; many supporters are proud Americans who believe an independent Texas would better preserve the values they cherish. And the only people raising the specter of civil war are the ones opposed to letting Texans decide. The movement's terms of participation, Kacy notes, are explicitly non-violent.
