Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026. By using TEXIAN, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TEXIAN ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on TEXIAN. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant TEXIAN a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must comply with our Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Violate our Community Guidelines
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or harvest user data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to evade moderation actions

6. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Moderation decisions may be appealed through the process described in our Community Guidelines.

7. Communications Consent

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails (account verification, password resets, security alerts) at the email address you provide. These emails are necessary for the operation of your account and cannot be opted out of.

You may also receive notification emails (replies, mentions, event reminders, organizing alerts) and periodic digest emails. You can manage these preferences per category or opt out entirely in your account Settings. All non-transactional emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you provide a phone number during registration or onboarding, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Texas Nationalist Movement Inc., including verification codes and messages from your County Coordinator. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TEXIAN and Texas Nationalist Movement Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
